Mark as Useful He called and told me he was working with the Attorney Generals office trying to collect a debt that was received from a payday loan wanting me to pay $400.00 then it went up to $505.00. he gave me a case number but wont send or fax me information.

Mark as Useful Get this call all the time! They want you to fax over authorization to settle up a "past due account". They threaten you with going to your place of employement etc. They actually want you to fax over cc number and copy of drivers license to take care of this "past due account".
